Looking to add some antioxidants to your daily drink? Order a matcha green tea latte with soy for a sweet and savory sip. Want something simple? Swap the soy for plain ol’ water.

6. MOCHA FOR THE WIN

There are days when you just need chocolate (good source of magnesium, so go for it!). Treat yourself and order a Caffe Mocha with no whip and one pump of mocha to curb your craving without going crazy with the sugar.

    I usually get unsweetened iced green tea with stevia added to sweeten it, but sometimes I get the strawberry acai refresher to change things up.
