Your Official Finals Week Shopping List

As every college student knows, studying during finals week takes precedent over just about everything else. Unfortunately, this often means your healthy eating habits are usually replaced with stress-induced junk food. While there’s nothing wrong with indulging every now and again, here’s some popular picks to help you study hard and snack smart.

  1. Acai Smoothie Packs

Smoothie bowls are easy to make and are totally customizable to suit whatever you’re craving that day. Acai packs like these are the perfect base for your bowl. Just add fruit and maybe some nut butter, and voila!

  1. Trail Mix

Satisfy your chocolate craving and fill up with protein- and fiber-rich nuts. Try making your own to get the perfect combination, or try one that’s already made for you.

  1. Good-For-You Energy Bars

Instead of energy bars packed with sugar, try some made with whole foods like dates and nuts. Larabars are my favorite, and they taste like dessert!

  1. Roasted Chickpeas

Something about studying makes you crave salty, crunchy foods. Instead of diving into a bag of potato chips, try some roasted chickpeas! They’re super high in protein and fiber to keep you full and focused throughout those long study sessions.

  1. Caffeine

Caffeine is a necessity during finals week. Save some time by nixing your Starbucks runs and make your own! If you’re a coffee lover, this dark roast will keep you going (and add some yummy creamer while you’re at it). If green tea is more your speed, get your dose of antioxidants and a caffeine kick with this tasty blend.
